Jellyfish Invade Benidorm
Well it’s not just us who want a Benidorm holiday, the Man O’War jellyfish have decided to flock to the beaches.
The Portuguese jellyfish have now stung 7 holidaymakers on the Costa Blanca beach and there could be more to come.
Man O’War jellyfish are very dangerous and if you see one it is advised to get out of the water immediately.
Also warning anyone else in the water around you as these jellyfish can be deadly, notifying the lifeguards is also a good idea.
What Are Man O’War Jellyfish
These are very dangerous jellyfish which actually are a group of them together as one because they cannot survive alone.
Very venomous and they can be deadly the first thing to do if you are stung is start cleaning the area with saltwater.
If you have any part of the jellyfish attached you like tentacles, do not remove them by hand, use an object not skin contact.
Seek medical advice immediately and until professional medical advice is there have someone watch over you.
